My Project
History is rife with stories of unresolved issues. Addressing our "baggage," which refers to unresolved emotional or psychological issues from our past, is important for so many reasons. Many of our students need a safe place to confront and process unresolved emotions to develop better communication skills, understanding thier triggers, and foster empathy. Furthermore, by addressing baggage, they can learn to break these negative patterns and develop healthier coping mechanisms, allowing them to respond to challenges in a more adaptive and constructive manner. This project will allow students to brainstorm creative ways to cope with the baggage.
