Adding Art To Multimedia

My Project

My middle school students love to create. My diverse 7th and 8th grade multimedia design classes include English language learners and students with special needs.

I seek Apple Pencils to use with sketching on our iPads to make the art experience more authentic.

Apple Pencils will help students with fine motor difficulties more easily participate in precision tasks. Apple Pencils will also allow all students a more authentic experience by allowing them to hold their hands in a comfortable sketching position than using fingers or traditional styluses which require that do not rest their hands on the screens.

Additionally, these digital tools function more like art supplies--graphite pencils or charcoal. Apple Pencils are pressure sensitive for thin and thick lines, tilt for shading, and instantaneous (with no writing delays).
