This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My highly sensory needs 4th and 5th graders will benefit from adaptive physical education equipment. Specialized equipment will aid in fine motor and gross motor needs in a fun and engaging way! As a class, we attend physical education three times a week and I want my students to be able to have a variety of choices on what physical education equipment we will use on a weekly basis. With this equipment, my students will have the opportunity to participate as a class or independently. I would love to see my students smiling and having fun while at PE!
