My Project

Throughout this past year students in our multiple disabilities class have been learning how to use simple tools such as a hammer. Students have been successful with building kits and have really enjoyed doing this projects. We would love to start off the next school year with these kits and introduce the screwdriver as a simple tool to focus on. These projects are engaging for students and also help reinforce following directions, fine motor skills and their 4C skills. Utilizing simple tools and following directions are essential life skills. Thank you for supporting this project!
