Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We will be teaching the Adapted PE students various games to assist them in staying active.
I would like each of the special needs students to have the ability to join the daily activities during PE class with their own piece of equipment to practice and participate in various skills and games.
We pair our special needs students with a peer who will practice skills with them, and then we will participate in various games and activities. My students love being active, and providing them with their own piece of equipment, such as the e Zone Wheelchair Soccer Pad, that will ensure that my class will be engaging, fun, and very active. I hope that you will consider partnering with me to provide them with this equipment to keep them active and engaged.
