it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The games I’m requesting—Cornhole, Kan Jam, and Spikeball—will make a huge difference in their learning by providing fun, engaging ways to build teamwork, coordination, and communication. These games require strategy, hand-eye coordination, and collaboration, helping my students improve both physically and socially. Plus, they offer an opportunity for all students to participate, no matter their skill level, which is incredibly important in promoting inclusivity.
My goal with this project is to introduce my students to leisure games that they can enjoy for a lifetime.
By incorporating these activities into our PE curriculum, I hope to foster a love for staying active in ways that feel fun and rewarding. These games offer a break from traditional sports while still promoting physical fitness.
What makes my students special is their diversity and their willingness to support each other. They come from different backgrounds, yet they work together as a team. These games will enhance that sense of community and keep them motivated to move!
