My Project

The goal of this project is to give my students a variety of toys to engage both their minds and bodies during the upcoming cold months! Each child I work with has special needs. Our school is also a Title 1 School. My students have needs for lots of stimulating physical activity during breaks so they can focus.

Having a variety of toys to play with in creative ways helps keep them focused on learning during work time.

Afterall play is often the work of a child. They learn social, emotional, communication, gross and fine motor skills through play. Please help us obtain cardboard blocks, a swivel chair, dot markers and a marble run!
