Active Learning Seating

Help me give my students Kinesthetic seating will allow them to release their energy but maintain focus in the classroom. It will also prevent them from distracting other students who are learning and paying attention.

My Project

My students consist of a diverse population who are always on the move. I incorporate a lot of movement breaks while we learn but some students need more than I can offer at this time. For students who have a lot of energy and need to move, movement is beneficial while they are learning in the classroom.

Learning that includes movement, benefits kinesthetic learners.

Therefore, the kinesthetic seating will aid both my students with and without disabilities. Kinesthetic seating will allow my students who require it to be more productive and help to regulate their energy more effectively.
