My Project

We are dreamers, thinkers, talkers, and questioners. We are mini inspirations to ourselves and others around us, even if we don't know it yet. We are budding ambassadors, world travelers, scientists, entrepreneurs, teachers... We are our future and I want to give us a great start to a long successful career.

We need many opportunities and activities throughout the day to practice problem solving, letter sounds and counting from 0-10.

These activities allow for us to access outside gross motor and inside fine motor activities to help us access our curriculum.

The PVC pipe and fittings give us STEM opportunities to build waterways and structures outside. The puzzles allow problem solving opportunities inside. The Lakeshore snap and match phonemic awareness and the alphabet sound tubs provide necessary and countless opportunities to master letter sounds while the 0-5 and 5-10 number dice strengthen out subitizing skills. The puzzle holder will allow my students to access puzzles throughout the school day. These materials will give us the experiences we need to master critical language arts and math standards while reinforcing fine motor skills.

These materials will strengthen the activities already available in my classroom and allow me to adequately provide opportunities for development within the California Preschool and TK Learning Foundations and Curriculum Frameworks.
