At my school, my three and four year old students are mixed backgrounds (White, many Polish, Spanish and African-American), and they are eager learners. They just need the tools to help them explore their world.
Many have hard working parents who desire their child to have an enriched Pre-K experience.
The students are well behaved and attentive. They are inquisitive and have a desire to learn. Words can't describe what a three/four year old is capable of. They are like a sponge at this age!
My Project
These items will enhance our gross motor time. The bean bag learning center will make learning concepts a fun experience. The hop along balls will add to our gym experience and help them with their balance. Traffic signs will enhance their gym experience and they can choose where to place them as they ride around on tricycles or they can be placed along side our stepping stones and balance beans . They will encourage following directions. Their sensory experiences will be a blast with the two different types of sand. Letters and numbers hidden in sand make learning concepts fun.
