My Project

All kids need to move. But rainy days, desks and sitting in class do happen in the course of our busy school days!

These supplies will allow every child in our class to move, be active and to learn this year.

The bouncy bands are great for all kids to get their wiggles out while helping them to focus on their learning. Our class is split between 2 grades this year. The bouncy bands will be especially great for the younger grade students. My older students can read longer and the young ones often get squirmy during our reading time. Bouncy bands will give them a fun physical outlet and help them to read longer in their chapter books!

And, for our student who's in a wheelchair, arm bands will allow a similar chance for movement while in class. Plus, two accessories for the wheelchair will allow him to move to group time and other spaces to work and learn with much more ease.
