Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project introduces students to the core neuroscience concept of action potentials using a hands-on, interactive tool called the SpikerBox. Through direct experimentation, students will record, hear, and visualize the electrical signals from real neurons. By integrating multilingual resources and visual tools, this project ensures inclusivity and deeper understanding for diverse learners.
Students are excited when they perform hands on learning and I want for them to have a better understanding how information travels.
By learning about electrical impulses while we use cockroaches legs ( it will grow back). Students get excited to perform this lab.
