This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our class is filled with opportunity. Please help me fill in the gaps for materials in our classroom and make all the difference. Our mission is to be intentional in every detail, from our classroom environment and culture to each individual manipulative we present to our students. We want our space to reflect a warm, safe and inviting place, where kids want to be. Some ideas of how you can help; we have headphones and CDs but no way of giving students access to use them, a CD player would very much be appreciated. We have a wonderful kitchen but are missing cooking utensils and appliances. What is furniture and dolls without a doll house! This is just the start but it will truly go a long way. Thank you, no donation is too small.
