Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are extremely hardworking and driven. They continuously give their full effort on a daily basis, and I couldn't respect it more. The fact that they are consistent with their attendance proves to me that there is potential for each and every one of them to continue their progress.
My Project
These students have never had access to a high-tech calculator like this; therefore, this limits their ability to progress their grade-level education. A good amount of them have never used a calculator before in general, and I feel like this will boost their ability to solve equations to their grade-level. This project will continue to help each of them fulfill their true potential and prepare them to be ready for their upcoming ACT so they can take their education to the college level, which would set them up for a brighter future.
