Achieving a Healthy Lifestyle Through Physical Activity

Help me give my students yoga mats, dumbbells, and hula hoops for an opportunity to participate in traditional and non-traditional team sports/activities to increase physical activity.

My Project

Please help donate items including hula hoops, dumbbells and yoga mats to my Physical Education students so that they can begin working on developing multiple sports skills, team building skills, and the benefits of being physically active throughout their lives while also fostering a positive learning and gaming environment through learning, playing, and growing in physical education and health. I would like to expose my inner-city students to both traditional and non-traditional sports and fitness activities.

While technology and social media have been their main means of entertainment, help me help them to put down the phones and iPads and expose them to team sports, hockey, yoga, tennis, and more while building an active and healthy lifestyle.
