Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many students learn how to draw by tracing images first. This technique eventually builds student confidence in their drawing ability. These light pads will allow students to use detailed images of massed produced products to create multiple variations of the same image.
Students will demonstrate proficiency in using light tablet tracing techniques to create accurate reproductions of images.
Lessons like Pop Art, will allow students to analyze and interpret works of art from famous pop artists, explore its historical context, artistic techniques, and cultural impact, while also creating their own original and contemporary pop art pieces.
