My Project

The students at the our high school for the Blind are eager to learn how to become more independent and self-sufficient. They are motivated to learn new things and love to cook. The learning kitchen at our school does not have the necessary items to allow them to prepare and serve food without adult assistance. We need large print and braille kitchen tools, as well as organizational materials that will help students find items they are looking for. Additionally, we need a braille label maker to label our cabinets and appliances.
