Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students in English and French classes will benefit from having updated technology and be able to make use of the different programs and apps. The students can perform skits for French class in front of a green screen. Students can write and draw a graphic novel using the iPad, keyboard, and Apple Pencil.
Technology is a part of our everyday lives, and school is no exception.
Students need devices that work quickly and efficiently and can run multiple apps quickly and not run out of storage. Our devices are getting older and are showing their age. Students have devices that are out of storage, freeze, or slow down significantly to make it difficult to keep up with the lesson. Every Tuesday we do a program called iReady. If they don't have a device they will fall behind. If a new student arrives, they will not have a device to do their assignments on, and having a way to give them an extra device will be helpful.
