Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students amaze me by being the leaders of their own education. They are challenging, kindhearted, and care deeply for one another. They're outspoken at times, and they lift each other up and hold each other to high expectations. Though some of my students come from challenging backgrounds, they have ambitions to graduate from high school and college and to choose a fulfilling career. My students come to school every day ready to learn and full of energy that is truly inspiring.

My Project

Since school has shut down, several students and families have reached out regarding the need for technology to complete their online learning. My students want to take charge of their own education, but they need your help to make this possible!

My students need these Chromebooks to keep their progress going while we're out of school.

In this difficult and uncertain time, my students need your support to keep their learning constant and get ready for 2nd grade! These Chromebooks will enable my scholars and their families to continue the learning at home while we are temporarily out of school.
