My Project

To ensure that all students—regardless of their abilities—can fully participate in our library’s offerings, we are seeking donations for specialized resources. These include adaptive technology such as color transparencies for students with dyslexia, an adjustable-height keyboard tray for students with mobility impairments, threshold ramps and cord covers for the safety of all students, and a large clock so students can be more independent with their time management. These updates would make our library a more inclusive, welcoming space for everyone, providing equitable access to learning tools.

By making these resources available, not only will students with disabilities benefit, but the entire school community will thrive.

Accessibility promotes an environment where diverse learning needs are met, fostering a sense of belonging for all students. When more students have access to tools that support their individual learning styles, everyone’s academic potential increases.
