My Project

This project will help provide my middle school special education students with amazing academic and emotional regulation tools to help them find success during the school day. These items include flexible seating options, regulation tools like fidgets and weighted blankets and two book sets to spark group discussions about real-world problem and solutions. This list of resources also includes academic skill boosters for literacy, comprehension, vocabulary, spelling, and language acquisition to help my special education students as they continue their journey through 8th grade! All of these tools will help them learn about themselves and their peers, as well as to gain personal regulation and academic strategies to help them find more success inside and outside of the classroom.
