Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
With the requested materials, I plan to give my students more arts-integrated educational experiences. They are studying the importance of pollinators and how they can help spread the word about protecting pollinators through artwork. With these supplies, students will be able to create watercolor paintings and scientific drawings of pollinators to accompany wildflower seed packets that they will give to the community. Please help my students create beautiful artwork that will help them make positive changes for pollinators, who face many dangers, My students are very excited to share their knowledge about pollinators with the community and to get involved in helping provide for butterflies by planting more wildflowers in the city. They want to create beautiful artwork to help spread their message and need help to execute this by receiving new materials.
