Help me give my students the opportunity to still be visual learners by providing us a whiteboard/easel and anchor chart paper to continue modeling and demonstrating lessons during virtual learning.
The students in my classroom are my first priority, no matter what happens in the classroom or at home (distant learning), my students come first. Help me motivate my students to become more active, productive, and engaged learners through the help of getting an easel and/or whiteboard. I would like to be able to demonstrate how to complete assignments for all of my students while providing my lessons virtually.
I want to help make sure I’m meeting all of my students’ individual educational needs to become successful this 2020-2021 school year.
Many of my students are visual learners and understand what is being taught by visualizing what the teacher is modeling.
I want my students to have the best education, I want them to know that no matter what life hands them, they can overcome struggles and rise above them. I want my students to have the best hands on enrichment to enhance their learning.
My Project
As I provide many virtual lessons, it is still a necessity and requirement to use a whiteboard to give students a visual demonstration of understanding a concept being taught or modeling how to complete an assignment.
Subjects like math, at every grade level, are often taught using step-by-step visuals, so students learn how to solve a problem from start to finish.
I believe visual instruction is so vital to in making sure students understand the material being taught that I'm willing to go above and beyond and make sure I receive a donation to get a whiteboard for my students.
