Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Kindergarten sets the academic groundwork for kiddos. Gone are the days where paper/pencil were effective teaching tools. Most of my students require hands-on, interactive learning tools to help them learn.
Providing my students with sensory letter (& number) tracing pads will give them additional support to help reinforce these skills.
Letter and number recognition can be a difficult skill to master for incoming Kinders. Learning will be a lot more engaging and accessible for them when their needs are met.
Kindergarteners love to learn, especially when they can involve all of their senses in the process!
