My Students

My students are smart, eager to learn, and ready to show what they know.

They enjoy learning at their own rate and pace. When provided the opportunity to learn through hands on activties, my students are eager to show what they know as well as collaborate together. We are a high poverty school with over 65% of students receiving free and reduced lunch. We are a school that has high expectations for learning and create leadership opportunities to help our children learn to be successful.

My Project

Our students will use these materials to explore their ability through building, drawing, counting, making letters and sounds, and then words! These activities will be used during Guided Math and Guided Reading Center times throughout the day as we learn together.

ABC's & 123's Hands On Style will allow students the appropriate resources needed to practice independently as well as learn collaboratively and in small group.

Providing enriching activities for students to work on allows for greater differentiation in the early childhood classroom. Many of the activities offer manipulative based resources that the children will use to learn through hands activities.
