This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The project I am requesting is to help students with their ability to explore letter sounds. This project will help students identify and sort a variety of miniatures and play memory games and build vocabulary skills. Each of the self checking tubs comes with six high-quality educating approved, objects, plus uppercase and lowercase letters, which my students are working on.
This project will also help my students with their phonological awareness and blending and sounding out letters.
This is a very important process for students with severe special needs and reading and language arts. This will help them be able to hold materials in their hands and grasp the concept of the letter sounds and encode words onto paper through reading comprehension.
