My Project
These journals are used as a supplemental resource when introducing and teaching each letter. One the letter and sound have been introduced and we have brainstormed ideas as a class, students get to work independently.
My students love to practice writing each letter neatly and love to see how many ideas they can come up with to add to their journal!
Another bonus use for these journals is: when students are finished with their work, they can pull the journals out to practice reading the letters and saying the sounds.
Having these journals is essential when teaching letters and sounds to kindergarteners!!
