ABA Rockstar Team: Literacy Engagement

Help me give my students the books that will assist with the engagement and exposure of literature to my students.

My Project

I love that my students are now interested in reading and exploring books. The student are excited to inform myself and staff during their down time or centers that they would like to engage in a book.

My goal for this project is to continue to keep them engaged.

The books provided would give the students rich and varied language input that can help them build vocabulary, sentence structure and communication skills.

For learners who are nonverbal or have limited language, books become a powerful way to model speech, introduce augmentative communication, or build receptive language.
