This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Everyday we use realistic pictures for the students to communicate their basic wants and needs. We want our student to communicate basic wants and needs in short phrases or with the help of sign language and gestures. Go-talk 4, 9 will be useful for the nonverbal students to communicate wants.

Our students are Non-verbal Autistic and Intellectual disability mostly the students are non-verbal preschool or kindergarten students.

They are having difficulty expressing basic wants and needs. With Go Talk 4 Students will be able to express wants and needs. Our schools are located in high poverty area.

My Project

The students who are Autistic and have an intellectual disability, mostly their speech are slurred and distorted. Sometimes they are having difficulty in expressing basic wants and needs. The Go Talk Now and other therapy materials will help indirectly to express the students wants and needs. The pictures will be providing visual feedback and that will indirectly encourage the students to express their wants and needs.

The donations will help the students to express their basic wants and needs.

The students will be expressing the wants and needs with the help of therapy materials. Without the Go-talk 4 students will be having difficulty expressing wants and needs.
