This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am so excited to bring back our monthly STEAM challenge. My students love coming into my classroom for STEAM, they never know what to expect. I have the unique pleasure of providing not only art projects, but STEM learning, building, and creating, as well.
I am working to create a sense of community where parents can help their students create something unique for each challenge.
Hopefully, parents will be encouraged to attend our monthly assembly to applaud their students for receiving an award for a job well done. Every month, I aim to fill the auditorium with more and more cheerleaders my students deserve.
My students are full of curiosity and wonder, I have no doubt they will tackle each challenge with enthusiasm. I have carefully chosen prizes to reward their hard work and inspire their next challenge project to be even better.
