This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Having a well stocked classroom with essential supplies is important for every student. Many times students join a classroom without bringing basic supplies. Knowing that I can easily stock a students desk with supplies is a stress reliever for everyone. Additionally, being able to replace supplies as the year progresses is necessary as well.

A project based classroom like mine goes through supplies!

Glue sticks, pencils, erasers, construction paper and colored pencils are used and need to be replaced weekly, if not daily. Pencil sharpeners are highly used items in a classroom as well.

I often have students from other grades come and ask for items they need because they know I try to keep extras of everything available, so this project if not just for my classroom, but for any student in my school!
