A Welcoming Classroom

Help me give my students a welcoming and comfortable classroom environment where they can get to know each other.

My Project

As I continue to grow my classroom library, more storage spaces are needed to house books I receive so students can access them with ease. I will also be teaching a full year, every day course next year that will require me to allow the students to connect deeper with one another. Having some fresh getting to know you tools for activities will ease the transition for myself and the students.

It is very important to me that my students feel comfortable and welcome in my classroom.

By adding more storage, more decor and providing the students with creative ways to get to know each other -- via a blind duo Lego building activity -- I am setting them up for a successful year!
