My Students

My students come from a variety of backgrounds with about half coming from low-income homes. Many of my students come from military families stationed nearby. My students are always eager to learn and take every opportunity to better themselves. Their desire to learn inspires me to do whatever I can to provide them the resources they need to be successful.

Activities that inspire students to solve real problems help to create leaders that are prepared to solve problems.

Most of my class is based on projects. My students love to explore, create, and learn from their experiences.

My Project

We would like to place this Hitachi television in our cafeteria so my students and other classes can show others what projects they are working on.

We want to show everyone that enters our cafeteria how exciting STEM can be.

Students will be proud to show off all of their work at parent/teacher conferences or even when their moms and dads come eat lunch with them.

This will benefit all 550 students in our school. Any class will be able to show off their work. Students will be excited to find themselves on the screen. At my school we want our students to take pride in their work. This is another way that I can help them do it.
