My classroom is made up of energetic children who love to learn. They come from single parent households and are lower income. They ride the bus to school and spend most of the day in my classroom.
We eat breakfast, lunch and snack at school.
We spend as much time outside learning as possible building our gross motor skills. We enjoy reading, math games and the computer. We love school and the experiences we have here. We love learning and becoming special individuals.
My Project
My students will use the globe to learn about different place around the world. They will be able to find different countries and see where their families come from. They will learn about diversity and how important it is to learn about other cultures and have examples to hang up in the classroom. They will use the LeapPads for different games, to learn new thing and give us the chance to use technology in our classroom.
We will use our math items to strengthen our counting and adding abilities.
They will help us to begin to do simple addition and subtraction problems.
