This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students enjoy scientific investigations and working together. Some struggle and need extra support. It works so well to group them by need and teach them as a small group. These are often students with learning disabilities. This table will allow me to provide that help. On the other hand, I can also use the table for those students who desire enrichment. These students are often overlooked because they can work independently and their work is mostly correct. Yet they too need special grouping and attention to provide them an opportunity to stretch themselves.
