Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are 7th and 8th-grade ELD students. All of my students are in the process of learning the English language. Nearly all of my students speak Spanish as their first language.
All of the students in our school receive free breakfast and lunch due to low SES.
Therefore, many of my students do not come to school with all the supplies they need to succeed.
Please help me fill my classroom with supplies to help my students have a successful school year.
My Project
If my project is fully funded all supplies will be used in my classroom to support all of my ELD students. The copy paper will be used to make packets and worksheets to help hem learn the English language. The Dry erase markers will be used to teach and give instruction and the folders will be used to keep files on each student.
All supplies will be used to directly benefit the students in my classroom.
