A Student-Centered Approach to Integrating Technology

My Project

Currently my students are using center based learning to work. Making sure students are comfortable is an essential component in motivating them. I have noticed amazing differences in my students when they are given a choice of using technology. We currently do not have enough technology for the class to use. We only have one computer in the class that is used for the smart board and can not be disconnected. This one IPAD would help so that each of my students can use it for a technology center. They are more engaged, and get more work completed when they are are using technology. The room divider would help my students work well in their technology center to help to keep distractions and noise down to a minimum within this shared space.
