These items will ensure a fun 5th-grade year for students at our Title 1 school. As I taught this year's students, I couldn't help but reflect on how nice it would be to have fun items like cosplaying gear that matches thematic characters in our novels or extra pickle balls for when ours went on roofs for extended vacations. Also, having resources like "Helping Lamps" to alert me when they are in need of assistance, versus waiting for what feels like an eternity holding their hand up.
