Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am asking for your support in transforming our classroom into a more dynamic and student-centered learning space through flexible seating.

Traditional desks don’t always meet the diverse learning styles and physical needs of today’s students.

Flexible seating—such as wobble stools, floor cushions, standing desks, and bean bags—allows students to choose seating options that help them stay focused, feel comfortable, and take more ownership of their learning.

Implementing flexible seating in our classroom would improve student engagement and focus, support students with sensory and attention needs, and encourage collaboration and movement throughout the day.

Our goal is to have a variety of flexible seating options. Any contribution would have a lasting impact on our classroom environment.
