This student-created project will bring positive energy and kindness to our school by creating student-designed spaces centered around themes like gratitude, friendship, and inclusivity. These spaces in breakout areas throughout the building will feature student artwork and motivational messages. These spaces will allow everyone in the school to pause, feel supported, and contribute to a culture of kindness and empathy.
This project turns everyday school supplies into tools for creativity, connection, and community service.
Drawing kits and dry-erase markers will help students create artwork and inspiring messages for each space. Pens and pencils will be available for students to write encouraging notes or share compliments with others. Foam tape and wall organizers will help keep everything neat and display student creations. Students will earn community service learning hours by maintaining these spaces and designing new themes, making this project a hands-on way to contribute to a positive and supportive environment for the entire school.
