This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

While my students each come with their own set of challenges, they love having a safe space to learn. Each year I try to create a warm and welcoming environment for my students. With a wide range of intellectual and physical disabilities to manage and keep in mind, it can be difficult to create a space to meet all their needs.

These partitions will allow me to set up a classroom my students can navigate while keeping them away from potential hazards and providing a space for everyone!

The carpet will provide a cozy and comfortable place for my students to sit for whole group lessons. Your generosity can make this happen.
