Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Funding this project will create an inclusive and safe classroom environment where all my students will feel represented and respected. Most are visual learners and many speak languages other than English. The posters will help them understand the content better. By incorporating culturally relevant materials, resources, and diverse perspectives into the curriculum, students will see their identities and backgrounds acknowledged and celebrated.
Ultimately, this project will foster a positive and accepting atmosphere, empowering each student to thrive academically and emotionally.
It will help our classroom be a space where students will learn from one another and grow into well-rounded individuals who are better prepared to thrive in a diverse world.
