Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Eating can help students maintain energy levels and focus, particularly during long classes or after lunch when energy levels may dip. Allowing snacks can create a more relaxed and comfortable environment, making students feel at ease.
These snacks will make a big difference in the learning of my students because often times they do not have access to enough food, especially at school for lunch.
As a guidance counselor I want to ensure my students can focus on their learning instead of being hungry.
The Rest of the materials are for the students to feel like they have a safe space in my room and be comfortable while they are having their sessions.
