Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As I begin my second year of teaching 3rd grade, I’m focused on building a classroom environment that promotes learning, organization, and confidence for every student. Last year was a valuable learning experience, and now I’m ready to take what I’ve learned and create an even more supportive and engaging space. The rolling carts, bookcases, flexible seating and other materials that I’m requesting—range from basic classroom supplies to tools for interactive learning. They will help establish strong daily routines, reduce disruptions, and allow students to focus on academic growth.
These resources will not only help me stay organized and consistent as an educator, but they’ll also give my students access to the materials they need to thrive.
Whether it's flexible seating for small group work or organizational tools for classroom management, each item will contribute to a smoother, more structured learning experience. With your support, I can build on the foundation I set in my first year and create a classroom where every student feels prepared, encouraged, and ready to succeed.
