This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A sensory bin table will help my students explore units they have been learning in a hands-on setting. Students will be able to sort, build, and use their imagination while using important communication skills with each other. PreK is all about purposeful play which a sensory bin table will encompass. This table will focus on skills such as counting, sorting, vocabulary, and the five senses. The students will be able to feel different textures, use fine motor skills when they are using their pincer grasp to hold tongs, and experience the manipulatives in a new way.
