Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am incredibly fortunate to work with a group of diverse, curious, and passionate students who constantly inspire me. Each student brings their own unique perspective to the classroom, and I love watching them collaborate, explore new ideas, and grow as learners. What I love most is their enthusiasm for learning when they feel comfortable and engaged in their environment.

Each resource in this project—whether it’s a wobble stool, comfy lounge chair, or flexible desk—will allow my students to have control over their own learning space.

Some students work best sitting on the floor with a cushion, while others prefer a standing desk to stay focused. These flexible seating options will give them the opportunity to choose what works best for them, which is proven to improve engagement and focus.

By offering a variety of seating options, I can cater to different learning styles and give each student the chance to learn in a way that suits them best. I’m excited to see how these resources will help my students feel more comfortable, confident, and motivated in their learning journey!
