My Project

In our special needs elementary classroom, each student is unique, bringing their individual gifts and learning styles. These children often benefit greatly from a learning environment that is both sensory-sensitive and adaptable to their diverse needs.

The addition of a sensory tent will provide a quiet, calming space for students who experience sensory overload, helping them regulate their emotions and focus better on learning tasks.

Modular floor cushions will offer flexible seating options that encourage comfortable learning and interaction, catering to various postures and activities.

Our goal with these resources is to create a supportive, inclusive environment where all students feel secure and motivated to learn. This project underscores our commitment to nurturing the unique potential of each student by adapting our resources to meet their educational and emotional needs.
