Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

"You did a super job today! I noticed you!" Our little ones need motivation as they make sense of the world and learn how to deal with their many different emotions. A word of encouragement tapped with a little token can go a far way in motivating and helping them to feel like they can do this as they unfold the amazing world of possibilities.

Let us give our children the roots to grow and the wings to fly as they navigate their emotions and develop life skills.

My project is aimed at rewarding students' efforts such as caring for a friend, sharing, working with a friend, using a kind word towards others and making an effort to follow directions.

Students will earn points when an effort is noticed, then they will be allowed to exchange their points earned for class bucks that they can use to purchase items from our class store at the end of each day. We have already identified our area that we would like to have our rewards store; we just need your help to fill that area with our students' favorite goodies. Let's do this!
