My Project
Help me create a cozy reading corner for my grade 9 and 10 English Language Learners! My students are recently arrived immigrants and English Language Learners who are developing their reading skills in English. I want my students to feel welcomed and inspired when they enter my classroom.
I am requesting a rug and beanbags, floor lamps, maps and more to create a warm and inviting reading corner which will draw us in and make us feel a part of something joyful.
All children deserve the opportunity to feel joyful about reading, and it all begins with creating a space that feels like home. Thank you!
