This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My name is Ms. Bermeo, and I have an amazing group of diverse kindergarteners who love to create! Every week my students look forward to art class, and they always surprise me with their one-of-a-kind creations. Through this project, I hope to incorporate my students' love for art into our day-to-day learning by providing opportunities for them to explore and create with different mediums during center time.

This project will create a rainbow of possibilities for my little learners to learn and explore through the arts.

Some of the projects we look forward to working on are: painting our favorite letters, creating paintings to go with our writing pieces and of course making our own self-portraits to display in the classroom!
